Yes! After setup, the timer works alone.
Once you set the timer using the app, you can start, stop, and pause freely without your phone.
The timer remembers your last setting, even after turning off.
The app is only needed when you change settings or check your time records.
Enjoy focused time without distractions.

Q3: Where can I download the app? And does the app require a subscription?
You can download the minee timer app by searching for "minee" in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Look for the app with the blue minee logo.

Q4: What do I need to check when I can't connect to the device?
1) Do not try to connect through your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
2) If minee doesn’t appear on the search screen even when it’s turned on,
try searching again.
3) Do not connect one minee to two devices at the same time.(ex: iPhone & iPad)
4) Check the power on the timer and make sure your internet connection is stable.
5) Ensure that the timer and your smartphone are close to each other.
6) Restart the app and try connecting again.
7) If it still doesn’t work, reset the timer and try again.
8) If the app doesn't respond, delete the app, download the app again, and try to achieve it.
Q5: How do I reset it?
How to reset the timer
Starts with the timer powered off.
1. While pressing the top button
2. Turn it on, and there's a sound after 5 seconds
3. If you release your hand from the top button, the initialization is complete.
Q6: If I buy a minee timer 4 as a gift, will the recipient get an access to the app?
Yes, the gift recipient will get an access to the app by creating their own account and register the timer.
If this is a gift, please let us know by sending a message with the words “ribbon wrap.”
Q7: Can I connect and use multiple timers with one app?
Yes, you can register up to 4 minee 4 timers under a single app account.
However, minee 4 is not just a regular timer — it's a tool designed to help you stay focused and track time toward your long-term goals.
For personal use, we recommend using one timer per goal for the best experience.
That said, there are some special cases where using multiple timers can be helpful. For example:

Using multiple timers is a great option when each has a clear purpose.
Q8: Does the circle on the goal management screen mean 60 minutes? What is the criteria for different concentrations.
The circle means your target focus time for the day. If you make 100% of the daily focus target, the circle becomes full. If you go further than 100% the color becomes darker.
Q9: The time I used with minee 4 doesn’t show up in the app. Are there rules for when usage is recorded?
Yes, there are a few conditions and steps that affect how and when your time records appear in the app. Please check below:

Records are sent after the timer stops and reconnects with the app.
minee 4 stores your usage data internally first.
When the timer stops and your phone is nearby with the app open, it automatically syncs the data to the server and then to the app.
It’s normal for records to take a little time to appear. -
Record flow: Timer use → Data stored → Sent to server → Displayed in app
This process may be delayed depending on your internet connection, device condition, Bluetooth stability, or battery level. -
Records reset daily at 00:00 (midnight) based on your local time.
For example, if you start at 11:00 PM and finish at 12:10 AM, that session may not be recorded properly as it spans two dates.
Please consider the start and end time when using the timer.
Q10: Are break times or reset sessions recorded as usage time?
No. There are some exceptions to what gets recorded.

Break times during interval mode are not considered focus time and are not recorded.

If you reset during a session, the time before the reset is treated as canceled and is not recorded.
However, if you reset after completing part of an interval cycle, only the completed sessions will be saved.
For example, if you reset during the 3rd session out of 4, the first 2 completed sessions will be recorded.
Q11: How long does it take to fully charge, and how long can I use it?
It takes about 6 hours to fully charge minee 4.
Once fully charged, it can be used continuously for up to 25 hours.
If you use it for about 3 hours per day, it can last approximately 5 days.
※ Actual usage time may vary depending on your settings, such as the duration per session or interval timing.
For example, the red LED light shown during pause mode and the purple LED during interval rest consume more power than normal usage.
Q12: Can I edit my usage records?
You cannot manually edit usage data while using the timer.
This is to prevent intentional changes and to help you track your time naturally and accurately.
However, you can update your goal plans anytime.
Also, past records from completed goals can be viewed and deleted in the 'History' menu.
How to delete:
GOAL > History > View Details > Tap [Edit] to delete records.
Q13: How can I delete data from the app before transferring minee 4?
If only one timer is connected, you cannot delete it directly from the app.
In this case, simply reset the timer.
The app is designed to always keep at least one timer connected.
If all timers are deleted, past records will also disappear from the app’s main screen.
If you want to completely remove all data, including past usage history, please delete your account.
How to delete your account:
Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account
※ To connect minee 4 to a new account, you must reset the device.
Please make sure to reset minee 4 before transferring it.
