Time Setting

Start by setting up the minutes. |

To switch to hour setting, press the top button. To increase time inputted, press the right button. To decrease it, press the left button. |

If there is no input for 3 seconds, the timer will be set automatically with a beep sound. |
Interval Setting
 |
Press the left button to enter interval setting mode. |
 |
Set the number of intervals by pressing the the left and right button. Press the Top button to switch to the rest time setting. Set the rest time by pressing the left and right buttons. |

If there is no input for 3 seconds, the timer is set as it is. |
TRACKING TOTAL USAGE

To enter Total Usage mode, press the left and right buttons at the same time. You can record Total 1 up to 99:59 (100h)! |

To switch to Total 2, press the top button |

Total 2 can be tracked up to a cumulative 9999 hours of usage. The display shows total usage in hours only. |

Minute setting comes first.
Press the top button to switch to the hour setting.

Please set the minutes first.
Set the rest time by pressing the left and right buttons.
If there is no input for 3 seconds , the time will be automatically set with sound.
Check Total Usage
Press left and right buttons at the same time to enter Total Usage mode.
Total 1 can be recorded until 99:59(100h).
Press the top button to switch to Total 2.
It can be accumulated up to 9999 hours in total.
Minutes are not expressed on display.
